If you are struggling with a poor-quality connection on a particular network, then we advise you manually search and select a different network. You will only be able to get an internet connection on the network(s) we offer a service on.
To look at this, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your Fairphone device.
- Tap on "Network & Internet".
- Tap on "Mobile network".
- Tap on "Advanced".
- Tap on "Operator selection".
- Select "Manual" instead of "Automatic".
- Wait for your Fairphone to scan for available networks.
- Select the network you want to use from the list of available networks.
- Wait for your Fairphone to register with the selected network.
